Q: Is everything made in the USA
A: The American Toy Store is dedicated to selling fun and educational products made right here in the United States. We believe that we can each do our part to make America strong by buying American whenever possible. To that end we carry only products manufactured in the USA. All items sold at The American Toy Store are at a minimum 75% American Made with over 700 items being 100% Made in the USA.
The only exception to our Made in the USA rule is the rubber bands we sell. Rubber does not naturally grow in the USA so this product must be imported. The finally packaging of the rubber bands is done in the USA.

Q: Are there any foreign components?
A: A few of our products contain components made outside of the USA. While we prefer 100% American made we understand that it is better to have an American job producing a toy with a foreign component than another unemployed American. Items that have foreign components will be noted in the item description and are limited to no more than 25% of the final product.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products we sell and the service we provide. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly issue a refund or store credit.

We regret we cannot refund shipping charges for returns. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with a return.

If the merchandise is returned in "as-new" condition, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If merchandise is opened and/or unable to be resold, a store credit will be issued.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: We have tried to make the return process as easy as possible for you. It is not necessary to contact us prior to returning an item. Please include a copy of the packing slip with the return. Please indicate on the packing slip the reason for the return so we may improve our service to you in the future.

Q: How quickly will you ship my order?
A: Most items ship within 24hrs. All items you see on our website are stocked in our Manitou Springs store. Unlike many online retailers we do not send your order to someone else to be fulfilled.

Q: Can The American Toy Store sponsor our charity or school?
A: At this time all of the American Toy Stores donations and sponsorships go through the Marine Corps Toys for Tots organization. Please contact your local Toys for Tots representative if you need help getting toys for a needy child.
